Decentralized Continuous Audit & Reporting Protocol Ecosystem™

The reporting and disclosure framework for twenty first century business has arrived! Auditchain is the world's first decentralized continuous audit and real time reporting ecosystem for enterprise and token statistics disclosure. The science of continuous audit has been limited to enterprise internal audit and reporting up until now. Auditchain enables enterprises to provide stakeholders and regulators with the highest levels of audit assurance through decentralized consensus based audit procedure under the DCARPE™ Protocol.

Driving the New Trustless Assurance Economy

The AUDT token functionality powers the new decentralized enterprise world. It's what drives assurance of the modern enterprise from initial certification, early detection and remediation to financial and token statistics disclosure in real time with the highest levels of trustless assurance through decentralization. Wanna take a ride?

AUDT Token

AUDT tokens unlock the most robust and secure decentralized network of enterprise and trustless assurance services.

AUDT tokens are the base currency for enterprise services and trustless assurance payments. AUDT unlocks the highest levels of transparency and assurance for investors and stakeholders through decentralized trustless audit and disclosure automation at a fraction of the cost of traditional audit and reporting.

Seamless interoperability between private and public blockchains enable robust utility and atomic settlement.

AUDT Fees for enterprises can be reduced to zero through enterprise participation in the decentralized trustless assurance ecosystem.

AUDT enables stakeholders to unlock and view highly granulated enterprise audit and performance analytics that provide the highest level of transparency from enterprise system and control statistics to real time financial performance.

Token Generation Event

Auditchain will be conducting a token generation event, (“TGE”) of a total of 250,000,000 AUDT which will initially be launched on the Ethereum network through the deployment of an ERC20 smart contract.

160,000,000 AUDT** will be sold to early adopters, 25,833,333 will be allocated to the team, up to 25,833,333 will be allocated to advisors, up to 25,833,333 will be allocated in connection with partnerships and up to 12,500,000 will be allocated in connection with our bounty campaign.

AUDT will used by adopters to consume granulated levels of financial data and audit analytics published by enterprise adopters of the DCARPE™ Protocol through the DCARPE™ Explorer.

Auditchain will be publishing its own Streaming Financial Statements™ through the DCARPE™ Explorer during and after the TGE on the Ethereum network. Stakeholders will be able to purchase subscription levels to financial data such as real-time rollups to financial statement line items.

We expect to exchange AUDT held by users and migrate the Auditchain platform from the Ethereum blockchain to the DCARPE™ Protocol after the launch.

*Upon launch of the DCARPE™ Protocol, 12,500,000 additional AUDT will be emitted annually in connection with rewards. Annual reward amounts are approximate and are dependent on actual block times.

**Includes a total of 60,850,000 AUDT to be distributed in connection with the Airdrop and to early adopters.

Auditchain intends to make four Airdrops to contributors of up to a total of 42,685,499.996 AUDT following the TGE. An initial impression of all AUDT balances in all Ethereum wallets will be taken from the last block validated 60 days following the TGE, with the first Airdrop happening 60 days after the initial impression. Subsequent impressions and Airdrops will take place 90 days after the previous cycle. Final calculations and block height impressions will be announced before each event.

  • Wallet addresses must contain a balance of AUDT at the time of the impression.
  • The balance of AUDT contained in each wallet address must be equal to or higher in quantity and identical in state to the impression for each consecutive block after each impression to qualify for each Airdrop.
  • All contributors are eligible for the Airdrops. This excludes the team, advisors, and partners

Each Airdrop will be distributed to eligible wallets which will receive an allocation of AUDT proportionate to their stake in the total amount of AUDT held by eligible wallets. This will be calculated using the following formula:

ALLOCATION = Airdrop Amount*Number of AUDT Held by Contributor/Total Number of AUDT Held

Having served for 30 years on the sell side, buy side and the issuer side, Jason brings a significant amount of real world use case and business experience to the Blockchain space. Jason led hundreds of initial public offerings, secondary offerings and private placements in a broad range of industries including biotech and healthcare, technology, software and financial services. Jason founded Vestcomp Ventures, in 2012 and focuses exclusively on the incubation and acceleration of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technologies. Jason founded one of the first FinTech investment banks in 2006. He built the world’s first regulatory compliant multi-jurisdictional automated equity compensation plan administration infrastructure platform. His clients included Facebook, Kayak, Steve Madden, Rowan Cos and SIMS Metal Management. Jason also built one of the first automated quantitative fundamental research platforms which provided actionable research on over 11,000 public companies around the world. Jason has chaired audit committees for private and public companies. His experience lends a substantial amount of insight into the architecture of AuditChain. Jason Co-Founded AuditChain in April of 2017 as the result of a long and extensive observation of what he believed to be significant deficiencies in traditional standard accounting and audit practices. Jason believed that the field of accounting, audit and financial statement presentation was a sitting duck for disruption when he first read Ian Grigg’s theory of triple entry accounting. Jason spends a significant amount of his time examining the complexities, dislocations and time lag between transaction occurrence, recording, treatment and reporting. His findings are shaping the architecture of solutions that he believes will lead to new standards of transparency and frequency of reporting in the field of accounting, audit and disclosure.
