WHO WE ARE

Dominium is being developed by Munte Immobilien and Max Property Group. We are a group of real estate professionals with industry experience dating back to 1833. We run property portfolios, funds and developments and have hundreds of millions of euros of assets under management. We have been looking at blockchain technology since 2012 and have self-funded the initial development of the Dominium platform. We are committing our capital, expertise and property to Dominium with the transfer of several million euros worth of real estate assets from the founders' companies to Dominium.

WHAT WE DO

Dominium is building the world's first global property platform on the blockchain. The platform is being developed as a tool to improve services to our existing and future clients, having identified weaknesses in our own market. Using third generation blockchain technology to modernise one of the most established yet antiquated industries in the world, Dominium is an international platform on which regulatory documentation for property funding is standardised, and assets are placed on the blockchain alongside property sales, rentals and management.

HOW WE DO IT

The Dominium platform is built on an Ardor childchain which evolved from the time-tested Nxt blockchain. The Dominium childchain decentralises the trade of assets and places rental agreements, purchase agreements, property management tasks and more on the blockchain. Dominium will obtain the required regulatory licenses to allow standardised legal templates for property funding to be created. This allows companies to create regulatory compliant assets, which can be purchased by the Dominium account holders. As the assets are created on the blockchain they will of course be 100% transparent and liquid. Moreover, Dominium is underwritten by a portfolio of property assets generating an income and ensuring the future development and maintenance of the platform.

THE PROBLEM

The global real estate market is worth 217 trillion USD but has antiquated technologies, is subject to complex regulation and limited by centralisation from authorities, agents and financial institutions. Languages and financial barriers also affect the market, making it a lucrative but often inaccessible space.

THE SOLUTION

By placing property finance, listings and property management on the blockchain and by providing a multi-lingual platform with standardised regulatory compliant documentation, the market is opened to multiple nationalities, affordability levels and listing agents. Real estate finance, management and trade are thus facilitated and simplified.

TOKEN VALUES

DOM tokens are used to pay for all activities on the platform, such as:

  • Creation of Assets
  • Trading of Assets
  • Creation of support tickets
  • Voting for charities
  • Listing a property for sale
  • Listing a property for rent
  • Registering a rental agreement
  • Registering a purchase agreement

Fees charged on DOMINIUM are charged in EURO, but can only be paid in DOM tokens:

  • €0,25 for each support ticket creation
  • €0,50 to vote for a charity
  • €1,00 to buy an Asset
  • €1,00 to sell an Asset
  • €1,00 to list a property
  • €2,50 to register a rental agreement
  • €5,00 to register a purchase agreement
  • €500 to create a non-regulated Asset (exempt)
  • €2,500 to create a regulated Asset

TOKEN BURN PROGRAM

All DOM tokens collected on DOMINIUM and acquired via the buy-back program will be collected in a multi-signatory account, of which the company supervisor, Confidon, will be a signatory. These tokens will therefore be taken out of circulation upon deposit in the account and will be burned (destroyed) every year, or as required. Token burns will be audited and publicly announced.

This makes the DOM token one of the few tokens with a diminishing supply!!!

BUY-BACK PROGRAM

Dominium’s token buy-back program ensures token value is maintained regardless of cryptocurrency market fluctuations or platform performance. This in turn will have a stabilising effect on the DOM token, much like gold backed tokens (DGD) or currency backed tokens (USDT). 

The income generated by the platform and Dominium B.V. will be used to buy back the tokens regularly, which will ensure a steady demand for the token.

Sven-Thomas Munte, a German national, obtained an MS in Biology from the University of Georgetown before continuing his development at the Department of Invertebrate Animals at the National Zoo, Washington, DC. Since 1991, he has been owner and Managing Director of property management company Munte Immobilien, which manages approximately 3000 rental apartments and nearly 70 homeowner communities

Mark Lloyd, along with his long-term business partner, Jackie Reeves White, has grown 6 successful businesses with 2 of these having been sold on the open market. He owns a successful Property Sourcing Company which looks for undervalued property deals throughout the United Kingdom. Property Mastery Academy is a private training company that educates property investors across the UK


Marco Reimann Msc

Finance Director

Marco Reimann graduated in economics from the Carl von Osszietzky University in Oldenburg in 1996. He successfully completed his IREBS real estate studies in 2008 and the study of becoming a tax adviser in 2014. After working for Arthur Andersen in the field of auditing (1996-2002), he joined Ernst & Young. In 2005, he became Managing Director and, from 2010, Owner-Managing Director of Acarius Tax Advisory


Esther Dekker

Property Director

Esther has worked in the world of real estate for over 10 years and now boasts an abundance of experience in the Dutch property market. She is highly qualified to provide professional advice on many real estate issues, having earned a postgraduate title in social sciences (specialising in real estate) and as a member of the VBO (Real Estate Professionals Organisation) as well as a holder of a rental agent license.

Andres Campo is an international marketing specialist, with experience in blockchain projects and business development. He is the founder of the Rotterdam Blockchain Community and an active speaker on how blockchain is disrupting business.
