Story

Beaxy started as a few traders & coders looking for something more. Looking at the current state of crypto exchanges it’s not hard to see why. Budget Allocation

Beaxy will retain lawyers to ensure compliance with necessary laws to operate and pursue necessary licenses to offer all the features in our roadmap. Projected to be Beaxy’s largest expense; 35% of the budget has been allocated to the development of Beaxy’s roadmap through R&D.

Marketing is an important part of attracting users to the platform for a healthy trading ecosystem and thus deserves significant expenditure. Operational expenses are those essential to operating the business and include hiring, office space, training and more. Customer support is an area where we want to excel and thus will spend what is needed to deliver superior service to our users.

Loyalty Program

The PLUS Token (PLS) is used to participate in the Loyalty Rewards program within the Beaxy platform. Loyalty Rewards are designed to incentivize users to hold the PLS token on the Beaxy Exchange. Qualified Holders will receive a percentage of transaction fees collected, according to the duration the PLS tokens are locked: as well as, the percentage the user's share relates to all the locked PLS tokens.

The supply of the PLS Tokens will be equally proportional to that of the BXY tokens; additionally, the PLS Token will only be available through the Beaxy platform. The Beaxy token (BXY) can be exchanged for the PLS Token at a 1:1 rate and will remain locked in as PLS Tokens for a period of time, set by the user. Lock them: Up to 1 month: 15%, 1-6 months: 20%, Beyond 6 months: 25%.

PLS will apply to be a registered security token. While Beaxy is registering the PLS token in jurisdictions that require it, PLS will be available to members whom reside in approved areas. Measures will be taken to ensure complete compliance by means of webcam, IP address, and KYC.

Staking Program

While there is the option on Beaxy Exchange to receive a 50% discount in trading fees by using Beaxy tokens, there is another way to get discounted trading.

With our staking program you will have the option to lock up some amount of your BXY tokens to receive a discounted trading fee. Here’s how it works: you decide how many BXY tokens you want to lock, you set the period for how long you want to lock them for (minimum one month), and you will receive a discount in trading up until they unlock.

Discount Fees

Trading fees can be a hassle to deal with. We know how expensive trading can get (especially for high volume traders) and we wanted to come out with a feature to ease the burden.

If you use BXY to trade on our exchange you will be able to trade at a 50% discounted rate. The best part, this feature pairs with our staking program. You can save 50% off your already discounted trade rate by utilizing both of these features together! (Note the 50% discount will be adjusted from your new fee schedule after locking in your staked tokens).

Referral Program

Each registered Beaxy user will be able to take advantage of our Referral Program. If you refer a friend, you will receive 10% of their transaction fees for the lifetime of their account.

Those who join via a referral code will be granted a Platinum level account (20% discount on trading fees) for a limited time period (60 days). When you help us grow, everyone wins.

Any referrals confirmed during the demo will also be transferred towards your account at the initial launch of the live platform, this way you can receive benefits for referring new users without having to wait for the final product launch.
